Masters sunrise walk/run

Meet at Kam I every Tuesday and Thursday morning 5:30am to 6:30am starts August 26th Our goal is to promote health and fitness for masters adults through social group walks and runs. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and get in shape at the same time and allow you to also train for upcoming walking/running events.
