WEDNESDAY NIGHTS @ 5:30pm Meet at the Kihei Community Center. Corner of Pi’ilani Hwy and Lipoa Pkwy This run is free and runners and walkers of all abilities are invited. Refreshments will be provided after the run. Masters sunrise walk/run
| Meet at Kam I every Tuesday and Thursday morning 5:30am to 6:30am starts August 26th Our goal is to promote health and fitness for masters adults through social group walks and runs. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and get in shape at the same time and allow you to also train for upcoming walking/running events. The Masters Sunrise Walk/Run Program is free, refreshments will be provided after each walk/run. The Masters Sunrise Walk/Run Program is geared for people ages 40 and above.
